| There are two types of human beings in the world.One type is lower and the other type is higher.In those two some middles are also there.But we assume only two types of persons at this point.Lower and higher.
The persons who are lower are having poverty,ignorance,laziness,diseases,pollution,impurity etc.The persons who are higher are having purity,wealth,knowledge,business, etc.
The quality of a person is the result of his deeds.If the deeds of a man are poor then he is lower.If the deeds of a man are great then he is higher one.The quality depends on the deeds of a man.The person who are lazy,ignorant fall under the lower category because of their laziness. type of deeds.And the one who are higher are doing great deeds.
A man/woman is having tow things with him.One is body and the other is soul.He/she should develop are body and soul.The body is developed by good food,good exercise,pranayam,brahmacharya, etc.And the soul is developed by knowledge.A man/woman should develop the two things to an extent to which his ability lies.Then the development of society should be done.The one who develop only their mind and body are selfish people.Ths who develop their body and soul but also develop their country,world,society,families etc. are the persons of higher character.The selfish persons are having lower character while the developers of socierty are having higher character.
So we can see three things,body,soul and character.The progress should be made for these things.It means that one should be healthy,highly spiritual and of higher character.This is called as the real progress.
The man wshould start gaining the higher qualities and leaving the lower qualities.One should always try to make them of high quality.
